The well-known Ucrainian cellist Michail E. Bukinik made his own version for cello and piano of the most famous tenor aria from Eugene Onegin. This arrangement mimics the orchestral texture, allowing freedom to the soloist, who’s benefiting of a brief Cadenza from Bukinik himself.
